1. Registration and Availability: register early to secure your spot for our writing retreat. Once the retreat reaches maximum capacity, registration will be closed.

2. Payment and Cancellation Policy: Full payment is required at the time of registration to confirm your spot at the writing retreat. In the event of cancellation, refunds will be provided according to the following schedule: - Cancellation 30 days or more before the retreat: Full refund minus a cancellation fee. - Cancellation within 30 days of the retreat: No refund is available, but you may transfer your registration to another person.

3. Accommodation and Travel: the cost of the Writing Retreat does not include accommodation or travel expenses. Participants are responsible for arranging their own accommodations and transportation to and from the retreat location. We will provide a list of recommended accommodations and assist you with any questions or concerns.

4. Meals and Dietary Restrictions: In-person retreats include meals as specified in the retreat itinerary. Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies at the time of registration, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

5. Health and Safety: we prioritize the health and safety of all participants. We will follow local guidelines and take necessary precautions to ensure a safe and enjoyable retreat experience. However, participants are responsible for their own health and well-being during the retreat and should consult with their healthcare provider if they have any specific concerns or medical conditions.

6. Schedule and Itinerary: the retreat schedule and itinerary are subject to change based on unforeseen circumstances or the group's needs. We will communicate any changes or updates to participants in a timely manner.
